DESCRIPTION:Join Aaron for a Total Body Burn workout. This resistance and endurance-based workout will shred and tone the entire body. It will incorporate single and multi-joint movements at a high intensity to work for all muscle groups\, improving bone and muscular health. Like Body Sculpt\, you’ll be using dumbbells\, weighted bars\, and bodyweight exercises for a total body burn. Great for all levels and ages! A minimum of 5 Members must register to hold this class. \nPlease register by Sunday\, July 7 at noon. \nThe Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses\, minimum participation requirements\, and/or food orders with vendors.
