Join Debbi for Water Aerobics, an intermediate fitness levels, this class incorporates cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation noodles. This low-impact/high-results class is performed in shallow water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, balance, heart health, and strength. Moreover, it’s a fun calorie blaster!
