Tai Chi Class

Description

This class will be led by Grady Ernst of Golden Breath Tai-Chi. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome.

Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.

Please register by Monday, April 8 at 10 a.m.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event, or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
