Tai Chi

Description

This class will be led by Grady Ernst of Golden Breath Tai-Chi. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome. A minimum of 5 Members is required to hold this event.

Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event, or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
