Save the date for our signature event! Signature Events are uniquely, and thoughtfully curated experiences for Members of Esplanade communities. These exclusive events take place four times per year, and each offer their own one-of-a-kind theme. From the tastefully chosen décor, exceptional entertainment, and expertly crafted cuisine, Signature Events are sure to wow! Due to the nature of these events, space is limited, and registration is required.
Attire: Festive Attire. Dress in your holiday best!
Music: DJ Dona A and the Flashbacks will start playing at 7 p.m.
Caterer: True Roots
Menu: Stations will open at 6 p.m.
- Charcuterie/Grazing Table: a beautiful arrangement of fresh cheeses, meats, fruits & crackers
- Family-style, champagne salad with mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, onions, tri color tomatoes and radishes. Choice of vinaigrette or ranch dressing.
- Pasta Station: Choice of sauces (Alla Vodka, Alfredo, Spicy Red, or Marinara) and toppings (Parmesan, Mozzarella, Manchego, Sausage, Chicken, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic, Sauteed Peppers, Caramelized Onions, and Spinach). A second pasta station with the same options will be added depending on the total number of confirmed guests.
- Grilled Skewer Station: Maple Dijon Glazed Chicken Skewers and Sausage & Peppers
- Carving Station: Smokey, Braised Holiday Brisket (sliced)
- Lemon Garlic Green Beans Medley
- Sherry Glazed Mushrooms
- Bread & Butter
Seating: Seating will be organized by random drawing after registration has closed and we know how many will be in attendance.
Registration Information: Please register on ClubHouse Online (online or on your app in the Events tab).
- Registration Deadline: Friday, November 21, 2025, at 12 p.m.
- Registration Deadline: Please note, this registration deadline is set in advance in order for the Lifestyle Team to confirm the final headcount with the caterer.
- Minimum: 50 Members are required to confirm the event.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received prior to the registration deadline, or the Member will be charged the per person expense for the event and will be counted as if they attended. If a cancellation is received in a timely manner, those on the waiting list will be contacted in the order they were received and placed on the registration list; Members who cancelled will be refunded in the order that they cancelled in.
- Registration Policy: Signature Events are open to Members of Closed Homes only and no guest(s) will be permitted to attend.
If a Signature Event does not reach full capacity by or after the reservation deadline, it will be announced that future Esplanade residents who are under contract will be allowed to attend on a first-come, first-served basis. Provided space is available, and if the capacity limit still isn’t met, Esplanade residents will be allowed to invite guests as long as it does not exceed the allotted two attendees per household on a first-come, first-served basis. Right of first refusal will always remain with our residents. Any resident intending to bring a guest must register their guest with the Lifestyle Team prior to the start of the event.
