Band: Chemistry – The Ultimate 80s Music Experience

Menu:

• Hearty Bolognese Lasagna: Layers of tender pasta, rich slow-cooked Bolognese meat sauce, and creamy roasted garlic béchamel, baked to golden perfection.
• Tender Chicken Marsala: Succulent chicken breast medallions pan-seared and simmered in a rich, savory mushroom and Marsala wine sauce.
• Classic Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with savory Parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and our signature Caesar dressing.
• Rosemary Roasted Potatoes: Golden and tender potatoes roasted with fragrant rosemary and a touch of sea salt.
• Garlic & Herb Roasted Green Beans: Fresh green beans perfectly roasted until tender-crisp, seasoned with garlic and savory herbs.
• Warm Garlic Knots: Soft, buttery knots infused with fresh garlic and herbs, perfect for soaking up every delicious drop.
• Peach Bourbon Bread Pudding: A comforting and indulgent bread pudding, featuring sweet peaches infused with a hint of bourbon, served warm.

Beverages:

• Waters & Sodas will be provided.
• The Café will be open for Members to purchase drinks.

Tickets: Two options will be available- one including catering and one entertainment-only ticket.

Registration Deadline: Friday, September 12, 2025, at 12 p.m. 

Registration Information: 

• Registration Deadline: Please note, this registration deadline is set in advance in order for the Lifestyle Team to confirm the final headcount with the caterer.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start of the event, or the resident will be charged the per person expense for the event and will be counted as if they attended. If a cancellation is received in a timely manner, those on the waiting list will be contacted in the order they were received and placed on the list.
• Registration Policy: Signature Events are open to Members of Closed Homes only and no guest(s) will be permitted to attend.
  If a Signature Event does not reach full capacity by or after the reservation deadline, it will be announced that future Esplanade residents who are under contract will be allowed to attend on a first-come, first-served basis. Provided space is available, and if the capacity limit still isn’t met, Esplanade residents will be allowed to invite guests as long as it does not exceed the allotted two attendees per household on a first-come, first-served basis. Right of first refusal will always remain with our residents. Any resident intending to bring a guest must register their guest with the Lifestyle Team prior to the start of the event.
