Join Aaron, for Resistance Training, this class is an aerobic and strength conditioning workout class. Exercises combine strength exercises using your body weight, dumbbells, and resistance bands. This class includes cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, core training, and stretching for a complete total-body workout with great results.
