FINDING FLEXIBILITY – 30 MINUTE CLASS with Susan
Increase your range of motion, improve posture, and release muscle tension through guided stretching and mobility exercises. “Finding Flexibility” combines elements of yoga, Pilates with traditional stretching to create dynamic programming using static stretching. Whether you’re looking to prevent injuries, or simply move more with less pain, this class is for you – find your path to greater flexibility!
