Pilates for Buff Bones®

Description

Join Debbi for a Pilates for Buff Bones® Class. This class is a full-body workout like traditional mat Pilates, but it has the advantage of eliminating all the contraindicated exercises. This class adds functional movements with weight-bearing and balance exercises that emphasize safe movement patterns. This class is great for anyone that wants to have stronger muscles, and stronger bones, and increase balance and body awareness.

Please bring wrist weights if you have some.
