Join us in the Esplanade Sales Gallery for a three-part nutrition series. This weeks topic is:
- Discussion on essential nutrients for your health
- Tips for maintaining a balanced diet tailored for aging bodies
- Strategies for enhancing energy levels and overall vitality

About Phara:
- Phara holds a Master’s in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons College and a Certificate in Sports Nutrition.
- Her thesis on Trans Fat Knowledge was published in Topics in Clinical Nutrition.
- She completed her didactic training in 2009 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Her belief is that “Healthy eating does not have to be complicated.” With that, she hopes to empower you to reach for lifelong energy, nutrition, and health.
