Physical Therapy Presentation & One-on-One Consultations

Join Personal Care Physical Therapy at 5 p.m. for complimentary, 10-minute one-on-one consultations with a Physical Therapist, and a short presentation focusing on physical therapy exercises you can do at home to maintain an active lifestyle! Physical therapy exercises are designed to boost flexibility, enhance strength, improve balance, and elevate cardiovascular health. Be sure to register in advance!

Please note: A minimum of 20 Members are required to host this event. An alternate date will be selected if less than 20 Members register. Please register by Tuesday, October 17 at noon.

BONUS: Enter to win a drawing for a wellness gift basket! Each Member who rides their bike or walks to the Fall Into Wellness Event and participates in the Yoga Class after at 6:00 p.m. will receive an entry into the drawing.
