Water Wellness Class

Description

Join Kierstyn for a Water Wellness Class. This class incorporates total body movements including stretching, strength, balance, and range of motion in the pool. Remain flexible and improve functional daily activities! A minimum of 5 Members is required to hold this event.

Please register by Friday, June 13 at noon.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event, or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
