Join our Arms and Abs fitness class for a targeted workout focusing on sculpting and strengthening your upper body and core. This session blends effective arm exercises with abdominal moves to tone and define muscles. Get ready for a challenging and rewarding class designed to enhance your arm and core strength. All fitness levels are welcome. We will be having the class in the Esplanade Sales Gallery Lanai.
