Description

Join Debbi Meyer for a Body Pump class. Get lean, build strength, and tone muscle in this high-energy class! Use weighted bars and dumbbells for a variety of exercises to great music. Stretch throughout this class and end with core work to complete this total body workout. We will be having the class in the Esplanade Sales Gallery Lanai.
