Aqua Bootcamp

Description

Join Debbi for an Aqua Boot Camp class. This class combines core strengthening, muscle toning, flexibility & cardio exercises. This class innovatively uses the unique buoyancy, resistance, and movement of water. The ability to swim is recommended but can include non-swimmer and other aquatic exercisers.

Please register by Monday July 8 at noon.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
