Join us for Day 1 of Camp Esplanade!

Have you ever wanted to know how salami flowers are made? Learn how to make your own charcuterie board with all of the finest ingredients, led by Lauren Minelli of Creative Charcuterie Catering LLC and sip on some wines by OneHope Wines from Napa Valley.

Snacks will be provided by the vendor.

Cost:

• Charcuterie Class: $50
• Charcuterie Class & Wine Tasting: $60

If you would like a personal laser engraved board to take home (additional $15 per person):

• Charcuterie Class with Personal Laser Engraved Board: $65
• Charcuterie Class with Personal Laser Engraved Board & Wine Tasting: $75

Registration:

• Deadline: Please register by Wednesday, July 23, at 5 p.m.
• Minimum: A minimum of 10 Members are required to secure the class.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
