Description

Join us for a relaxing 30 minutes in the Butterfly Garden (Location May Change)

We will start with 5 minutes of Breath Work, into 10 minutes of Meditation, 10 minutes of Light Stretching and finish with 5 minutes of Savasana Yoga.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.

Price: $5 per Member. You will need to bring a mat to the location
