  • includes: blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count, & cholesterol screening.

Don’t forget to eat drink plenty of water and eat a light, healthy meal prior to donating. Fuel up on iron-rich foods leading up to your blood donation as well. OneBlood will check your iron count prior to your blood donation to confirm your count is high enough to donate blood that day.

If you have donated blood any sooner than 56 days prior, you will not be eligible for this date. But we do have others coming up throughout the year.
