Join Aaron for a Total Body Burn workout. This resistance and endurance-based workout will shred and tone the entire body. It will incorporate single and multi-joint movements at a high intensity to work for all muscle groups, improving bone and muscular health. Like Body Sculpt, you’ll be using dumbbells, weighted bars, and bodyweight exercises for a total body burn. Great for all levels and ages! A minimum of 5 Members must register to hold this class.
