Esplanade at Tradition is excited to bring you a weekly Yoga class with Sonia Carswell, complimentary while the resort amenity is being built. Sonia provides a welcoming environment for her students and tailors her classes based on their individual needs to ensure everyone benefits.

Yoga is an excellent form of holistic fitness aligning both the mind and body. In addition to learning and practicing poses to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance while building strength, Yoga also focuses on intentional breathing, mirror meditation, drawing the focus to the breath and clearing the mind of thoughts. All levels are welcome.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event, or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
