Water Aerobics

For intermediate fitness levels, this class incorporates cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation noodles. This low-impact/high-results class is performed in shallow water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, balance, heart health, and strength. Moreover, it’s a fun calorie blaster!

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors.
