Water Wellness

Description

Join Debbi for a Water Wellness Class. This class incorporates total body movements including stretching, strength, balance, and range of motion in the pool. Remain flexible and improve functional daily activities! A minimum of 5 Members is required to hold this event.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event, or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
