Golf Club – Golf Stretch Class

Join us for Golf Club.

Debbi Meyer will conduct a Golf Stretching class during this meeting. Learn stretches and movements that will improve your golf game! Find the optimum balance of flexibility and strength to increase power, reduce the risk of injury, and maintain a consistent swing pattern.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event, or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.

Please register by Saturday, May 18 at noon. A minimum of 5 Members are required to host the Golf Stretch Class.
