Description

Join Kierstyn for our first Barre class. In this class, you will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on toning the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, and arms. This low-impact workout focuses on isometric exercises that will strengthen your legs, core, and back while improving your posture and flexibility. After working each muscle group to the point of fatigue, muscles are stretched for relief to create long, lean, supple muscles without bulk.

Please register by Friday, March 15 at 4 p.m.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event, or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
