ABS CLASS

Description

This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles including your abdominal muscles, back muscles, and the muscles around the pelvis. This includes twisting, crunches, planks, among other core exercises. Strong core muscle helps us to carry on with our daily physical routines without back pain or injuries.

Please register by Thursday, March 7 at 4 p.m.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event, or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
