Change things up with a variety of exercises. Improve your strength, cardio, and balance. This circuit class is designed for everyone, whether you are new to fitness, getting back into shape, or looking for a challenge! The format is set up in stations with 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for a full-body workout. ESE-Fit Xpress is the same format as the 60-min class condensed to 30-min.
