Holiday Cookie / Dessert Exchange

Description

Bring your favorite holiday cookies or desserts to share with friends and neighbors and enjoy swapping treats and holiday stories.

Rules: 

1. Please register by Wednesday, November 6, so everyone knows how many Members to bake for.
2. Please send your recipe to the Lifestyle Team in advance or bring it with you to the event to display with your treat and share with Members in case of any food allergies.
3. Have fun! Baking can actually help reduce stress and anxiety levels, improve your mood and relieve tension. This is because any activity that requires your complete attention, especially if it’s simple and easy to go through, can have a calming and meditative effect. Note: If it is safer or less stressful for you to not cook or bake, store-bought is totally okay.
