Esplanade at Tradition is excited to bring you a weekly Yoga class with Sonia Carswell, complimentary while the resort amenity is being built. Sonia provides a welcoming environment for her students and tailors her classes based on their individual needs to ensure everyone benefits. This event is complimentary to Esplanade Members. There are only 10 spots due to space, so please sign up as soon as possible.

Yoga is an excellent form of holistic fitness aligning both the mind and body. In addition to learning and practicing poses to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance while building strength, Yoga also focuses on intentional breathing, mirror meditation, drawing the focus to the breath and clearing the mind of thoughts. All levels are welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat.

*Classes will be held at 6:00 p.m. instead of 12:00 p.m. on the following Tuesdays: August 29, September 26, October 24, and November 28.
