Overlooking the magnificent Indian River in Museum Point Park, the Regional History Center offers a glimpse at the foundation of our community. From our earliest known residents, the Ais Indians to the Creek and later the Seminoles, you can see their lifestyle in the artifacts and displays. Trace the rise of the fishing industry and the failed efforts at making us the “Pineapple Capital of the World.” Go shopping in Cobb’s General Store or take a walk down Main Street, past the doctor’s office and the printing press. Step back into the 1900’s with a tour of the fully furnished Gardner House.
Admission: $4.00 or $3.00 for Seniors (55+). Click HERE to learn more!
Join us for lunch after the museum at Skipper’s Cove Bar & Grill, located at 1930 Harbortown Dr., Fort Pierce, FL 34946, just 8 minutes from the museum. Members are responsible for their food and beverage purchases.
Please register by Saturday, December 2 at 4 p.m.
