Ready to help save lives? The Big Red Bus® is coming to Esplanade! OneBlood will bring cookies, juice and a gift for each donor. To participate:

All donors will receive:

3. Wellness Checkup
   • Includes: blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count, and cholesterol screening

Don’t forget to eat drink plenty of water and eat a light, healthy meal prior to donating. Fuel up on iron-rich foods leading up to your blood donation as well. OneBlood will check your iron count prior to your blood donation to confirm your count is high enough to donate blood that day.
